70% Breadcrumbed Ham is produced from quality assured pork and ingredients blended and cooked to specially developed recipe and in accordance with Efsis Higher Level accredited quality systems. This results in a slightly processed texture with a rounded flavour and whole muscle definition (re-assembled).
