The Lincolnshire Sausage is made from quality pork and ingredients to a traditional and unique recipe, with specially developed seasoning, which gives an extra quality sausage that has become a very popular, premium selling line. Made in accordance with Efsis Higher Level accredited quality systems, our Fresh and Frozen Lincolnshire Sausage has a 65% meat content, MRM free and gives a traditional Lincolnshire Sausage flavour.

Sizes of sausage are available in 4,8 to the lb and 227g ring, normally 2.27kg or 4.54kg box sizes.
