Our IQF Economy Pork Sausage is made from quality
pork and ingredients to a traditional and unique
recipe, with specially developed seasoning, that
produces a quality sausage that is Individually
Quick Frozen in the manufacturing process. Made
in accordance with Efsis Higher Level accredited
quality systems, the Economy Pork Sausage has
a 50% meat content and has a non-offensive flavour.
Sizes of sausage are available in 4,8,12,16
and 32 to the lb, and normally are in 4.54kg
or 5kg box sizes.
