The Cumberland Sausage is made from quality pork and ingredients to a traditional and unique recipe, with specially developed seasoning, which gives an extra quality sausage that has become a very popular, premium selling line. Made in accordance with Efsis Higher Level accredited quality systems, our Fresh and Frozen Cumberland Sausage has a 65% meat content, MRM free and gives a traditional, adult pepper, Cumberland Sausage flavour.

Sizes of sausage are available in 4,8 to the lb and 227g ring, normally 1.36kg or 2.72kg (fresh), and 4.54kg (frozen).
