100% Moorland Ham produced from the finest quality
pork and ingredients blended and cooked to
a specially developed recipe and in accordance
with Efsis Higher Level accredited quality
systems. This results in a traditional textured
ham with a rounded flavour and whole muscle
definition (tunnel boned).
Variations on the product include plain,
crumbed, roast and smoked Moorland Hams.
