Our black pudding collagen rings are produced using quality ingredients and finest barley blended and cooked to an award winning recipe and in full accordance with Efsis Higher Level accredited quality systems. This results in a product that is slightly peppery in flavour with a firm texture and uses collagen casings. It is presented in the ring shape which is extremely popular in the Midlands and Wales.
