Our black pudding burys are produced using quality ingredients and finest barley blended and cooked to an award winning recipe and in full accordance with Efsis Higher Level accredited quality systems. This results in a product that is slightly peppery in flavour firm firm texture and uses only natural casings. It is presented in the traditional bury shape which is extremely popular in the North of England.
